21st Century Jimma!

Congratulations to all you Jimmy Carter lovers--you now have another wonk to admire in Mr. Obama. Let us hope that this Administration lasts as long as Jimma's and doesn't do any more permanent damage to America than Carter's. How long before we have an attack by a rabbit?
